Introduction
When Joran Hofman, a bootstrapped founder, approached SaaStorm, he was running Reditus’ marketing on his own. With no marketing strategy, a messy website split between two CMS platforms, and unoptimized content, Reditus was struggling to gain traction in search rankings or generate meaningful leads.
Twelve months later, the transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. Reditus has achieved 127.84% growth in the inbound pipeline, created a $1.3M ARR pipeline, and now ranks as one of the strongest players in B2B SaaS affiliate marketing. What began with an empty website has grown into a lead-generating powerhouse.
Before SaaStorm
- ↓ Minimal online visibility
- ↓ Blog drove only impressions
- ↓ Reliance on founder-led efforts
- ↑ Content in AI and featured snippets
- ↑ Website driving clicks and signups
- ↑ $1.3M ARR pipeline generated
The Challenge
As a bootstrapped startup, Reditus faced two significant challenges: a limited marketing budget and the need for expertise across multiple areas, from SEO and content strategy to UI/UX design and development. Despite his ambitious goals, Joran lacked the resources to achieve them alone.
Reditus had also invested in AI-written content and inexpensive writers, but the articles lacked focus, quality, and alignment with Reditus’ niche in affiliate marketing. As a result, the blog generated impressions but no meaningful clicks, signups, or demo requests. All sales relied on Joran’s personal outreach efforts, which were unsustainable for long-term growth.
The Solution (SaaStorm’s Approach)
That’s where SaaStorm stepped in. We started with a 2-week discovery phase, creating a roadmap to drive growth while working within budget constraints. This included:
- UI/UX website action plan
- CRO improvements
- Competitor gap analysis
- Organic growth opportunities
- Topic cluster mapping
- 20+ actionable content ideas
- Internal linking strategies
- A technical website audit
The B2B SaaS Marketing Strategy for Reditus
After completing the discovery phase, we moved into implementation. Given the tight budget, we prioritised efforts that would deliver the highest ROI. Here’s how we did it:
Reditus’ website was fragmented, with pages split between Webflow and WordPress. We consolidated everything into a single, structured WordPress CMS for improved usability and SEO. We also created new pages, a comprehensive resources section with blogs, customer stories, videos, podcasts, and glossaries and refreshed the site’s branding to align with the product.

At SaaStorm, our analytics team took a deep dive into refining how we track and analyse user journeys. To better understand the sign-up flow for SaaS companies, we implemented a funnel-view configuration in GA4, enabling a more streamlined and insightful analysis. Alongside this, we developed an event mapping methodology to seamlessly align events from the app platform (https://app.getreditus.com/) with those on the marketing site (https://www.getreditus.com/) within GA4, ensuring a cohesive view of user interactions across both platforms.
To gain deeper insights into lead quality from self-service sign-ups, we introduced enhanced tracking for key sign-up parameters, giving us greater visibility into the factors that drive high-quality leads.
We also created a series of reports to track the initial steps of newly registered users, offering valuable insights into their first interactions and behaviours.
For affiliates, we designed tailored reports to analyse and optimise their sign-up flow, carefully accounting for different scenarios to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
We’ve also created an event map that details all tracked events and their parameters, providing a clear and comprehensive overview. This file includes the structure of potential registration funnels for both SaaS companies and affiliates, offering valuable context to help interpret the reports more effectively.
Also, to ensure Reditus had the tools to track performance and manage leads effectively, we implemented Hubspot and Databox dashboards for real-time insights into marketing and sales performance.
Before creating new content, we cleaned up the existing blog. This included merging cannibalised articles, setting up 301 redirects, and deleting low-value content. With a clean slate, we were ready to build high-impact content.
We conducted in-depth keyword research to identify MOFU (Middle of Funnel) and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) keywords. This focus on high-intent keywords allowed us to attract leads that were ready to convert, maximising results with minimal content.
To establish Reditus as an authority in affiliate marketing, we organised content into topic clusters. These clusters covered essential themes such as affiliate marketing, affiliate management, and affiliate revenue. Despite the limited scope of affiliate marketing keywords, we strategically targeted niche queries to capture qualified traffic.
To establish Reditus as a trusted authority in affiliate marketing, we prioritized high-quality, actionable content tailored to their ICP. We onboarded a writer with expertise in affiliate marketing, providing them full access to the product for a deep understanding of its features and benefits. Joran’s contributions through Loom videos — featuring detailed explanations, client success stories, and product use cases — further elevated the maturity and relevance of the content. These videos served as a foundation for creating rich, highly targeted pieces that resonated with their audience.
⚡️ Focus on BOFU Content
With budget constraints in mind, we focused heavily on Bottom-of-Funnel (BOFU) content designed to convert high-intent users. Our strategic how-to guides addressed specific pain points and actionable steps for Reditus’ audience, including:
- How To Automate Affiliate Marketing: From Click to Payout
- How To Measure Affiliate Marketing: Metrics That Matter
- How To Boost SaaS Affiliate Marketing ROI?
- How To Manage Affiliates? The SaaS-Focused Guide
- How To Qualify Affiliates: Detailed Guide for SaaS
- How To Find Affiliates for SaaS Growth?
- How To Manage Affiliate Links & Protect Your Commissions
- How To Set Up an Affiliate Program? SaaS Edition
- How To Build an Affiliate Network for Explosive SaaS Growth
These guides not only aligned with the needs of their ICP but also ranked consistently on Google’s first page. There’s no fluff content here — every piece was purpose-driven, designed to address specific challenges, provide actionable insights, and guide prospects toward conversion. This strategic focus ensured that every article delivered real value, both to Reditus’ audience and their bottom line.
⚡️ Competitor Comparison Pages
To capture even more BOFU traffic, we created and developed competitor comparison pages that highlighted Reditus’ unique advantages. These pages allowed prospects to directly compare Reditus with competitors such as Rewardful, PartnerStack, and FirstPromoter, helping users make informed decisions. Each page was optimized for SEO and UX, ensuring a seamless experience. Examples include:
- Reditus vs. PartnerStack
- Reditus vs. Rewardful
- Reditus vs. Impact
- Reditus vs. FirstPromoter
- Reditus vs. Tapfiliate
- Reditus vs. LeadDyno
- Reditus vs. GrowthHero
- Reditus vs. Everflow
- Reditus vs. Tolt
By covering all major competitors in the affiliate marketing space, these pages acted as a critical decision-making tool for prospects in the final stages of their buying journey.
⚡️ Interactive Content: Affiliate Revenue Calculator & Demo
To further engage prospects, we introduced interactive tools on the website, including the Affiliate Revenue Calculator. This tool provides potential customers with personalized insights into their affiliate revenue potential, simplifying decision-making and driving conversions.

Additionally, we partnered with Joran to create and embed an interactive demo, offering visitors a hands-on experience with the Reditus platform. These elements added significant depth to the website, making it not just a source of information but a platform for real-time engagement.
⚡️ Results-Driven Execution
Every piece of content was human-generated and optimized using SurferSEO, achieving scores of 75+ for maximum relevance and competitiveness.
This strategic approach allowed Reditus to rank content on Google’s first page, even with zero external link-building efforts.
By combining highly focused BOFU guides, interactive tools, and data-driven optimization, we built a content engine that consistently attracted and converted high-quality leads while competing against much larger players in the affiliate marketing space.
We built a highly collaborative relationship with Joran, including:
- Bi-weekly strategy calls
- Pipeline review sessions to help close deals
- Monthly progress reviews
- 24/7 Slack communication
This partnership ensured that every marketing initiative aligned with Reditus’ goals, allowing us to adapt quickly and achieve better results.
The Results
The numbers speak for themselves. In approximately 12 months, Reditus saw transformative results:
- 127.84% Growth in Inbound Pipeline: A remarkable increase fueled by high-quality, targeted content.
- $1.3M in ARR Pipeline Created: Significant revenue opportunities generated through strategic inbound efforts.
- 100+ Sales Opportunities Generated: Active deals in the CRM, supported by SaaStorm’s focused pipeline strategies.
- 50+ Featured Snippets: High-quality blog content secured prime positions in AI and Google featured snippets.
- 100+ Keywords ranked in Google’s top 20: Proof that great content and UX can outperform larger competitors. Many of these keywords are low-volume, intentionally targeted to attract the right ICP and drive highly qualified traffic that aligns with Reditus’ goals.
- Top-3 visibility in Semrush for targeted search terms: Reditus now holds a 13.55% visibility score in Semrush for the strategic keywords we’re targeting — a significant achievement for a bootstrapped startup.
On the competitive landscape, Reditus ranks #2, just behind Rewardful — a company with a substantially larger marketing team, budget, and domain authority. Remarkably, Reditus achieves this with zero external link-building, relying instead on ICP-specific, high-quality content tailored to the affiliate marketing space. This proves that a smart, strategic approach focused on exceptional content and SEO can rival even the most resource-rich competitors.
